Elevate your festival or any public event experience by offering our glamp camp as a ticketing option.

We partner with music festivals, faires, and sporting events to provide our signature hospitality and pop up accommodations service onsite at your event.

Send an email asking for more information and we will draft a proposal tailored to the level of services you want to provide.

private events

Utilize our glamping rental and lounge tent rental services to offer more of your guests comfortable on site accommodations at the venue you rented.

Fill out the inquiry form field with the details you know and we will get back to you with a quote base on the needs and location of your event.

We set up a numerous weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, etc throughout California. Inquire for suggestions on venues that are open to and suitable for partnering with our servies.

Booking process for private events

you + ao minimums

Events in Northern California:
10 tents or $6,500 rental + $1,500 delivery fee

Events beyond Northern California:
$15,000 rental + $1,500 delivery fee
venue + ao minimums

Rules:Allows for overnight glamping

Space:Each tent needs 20x20 sq. ft.

Access:Our trucks and trailers can have build site accessibility

Rules:Review invoice, including best rental estimate at time of booking. Review payment installment schedule, and sign AO Terms of Service Agreement.
payment

Payment One:
25% non-refundable deposit secures dates
Payment Two:
25% non-refundable deposit due 4 months prior
Payment Three:
50% non-refundable deposit due 1 month prior

Adjust reservation fluidly until one month prior to event as long as it doesn’t fall below contract minimums.
camp build and strike

Coordinate tent location and build schedule with team. Assign a day-of point person to AO for build & strike days. AO builds and strikes camp according to plan.
