  • We offer a variety of spacious, comfortable, and weatherproof bedroom tents with luxurious amenities. We can handle all aspects of setup, management, and breakdown, saving you time and effort. Our customizable packages cater to diverse event themes and budgets. We can also provide dedicated support throughout the planning and execution process.

  • We create glamp camps with a wide range of private events, including memorials, family reunions, milestone birthdays, private retreats, and more.

  • Our pricing depends on several factors, such as the number of tents, the duration of your event, and the chosen amenities and services. Please contact us for a personalized quote. We’d love to come set up your event!

  • Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timeframe and reason for cancellation. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.

  • We have experts who can meet you at your venue and do a mapping walkthrough. We can also draw this up for you digitally. This is available in our venue search package.

  • We provide 16x16 canvas tents with different mattress sizes and arrangements. Each is comfortably furnished with premium mattresses, bedding, towels, and other amenities.

  • Yes. Events in Northern California require a 10-rent minimum. Contact us for a proposal on events beyond Northern California.

  • Tent rentals are available for up to two weeks.

  • Each tent needs 20x20 sq. ft with flat dirt or grass. We need to be able to drill into the dirt to stabilize the tent.

  • We currently have 100 tents, 75 queen beds, and 50 twin beds. We can procure more for your event but would need a commitment of 50% non refundable deposit on those tents 6 months in advance and the remaining 50% three months in advance.

  • To make reservations on our equipment & installation services, we collect a 25% non-refundable deposit of your estimated needs to lock in the inventory, trucks, and crews for your dates. Then we collect a second installment of 25% three months prior and the final 50% one month prior. To get started, fill out an inquiry form of your glamping needs and we will create a custom quote for you!

  • We can adjust reservations up to one month before the event as long as it doesn’t fall below contract minimums.

  • Yes, within certain guidelines to preserve the tents and environment. We also have furniture and lighting that you can purchase with your lounge or AO Starshade tent.

  • We can arrange catering, and we do have Morning coffee service available, and Concierge add-ons for your guest arrival.

  • Additional costs include a delivery, service, and labor fee.

  • Our tents are waterproof and designed for most weather conditions.

  • We coordinate the camp location and confirm the build schedule a week before your event. We’ll work with a point person from your team for build and strike days.

  • We handle all breakdown and removal of the glamping setup, leaving the venue clean and pristine.
